Group heart wisdom
Supporting communities and groups on the path of co-creation
Facilitating a culture of connection, trust and authenticity

-
Cultivating a new culture
Coming together to co-create, we meet many challenges. Conflicts arise. Having an outside support can shift difficulties into opportunities for evolution, and for finding new ways of being together; That's what I'm here for.
-
Meeting where you are at
This means physically, but not only.
I arrive and meet the group, establishing a safe space to welcome everything that is present.
From there, I see what can i offer to support, to work with you, as a response
to your needs and vision.
Who am I?
From day one she created and established a very relaxed, safe and open space that facilitated learning and openness and brought the group to a state of intimacy and connectedness in
a very quick and natural way.
Shai, Israel
Working with Noa has strengthened us as a group, mainly because her guidance is allowing us to speak about things that are hard to talk about and hence deepening our trust in the group and ourselves.
Cosima, Alma Ohana, Portugal
It was felt that her skills and attentive, calm presence is derived from her own relevant and integrated life experience which was an inspiration for self-transformation.
Jal, Israel
Sessions usually begin with an open space to meet what's alive in the group.
From there, I see what can I offer to support it;
-
It could be an exploration of a topic that's present, giving space to all the voices to be heard and understood, until a deeper, wider truth can be seen.
-
Sometimes there's a conflict, or conversations that may be difficult to have, that need to be held, supported and mediated. When supported, conflicts can shift into shared dilemmas, so integration and reconnection can happen, and new, more inclusive solutions emerge.
-
Sometimes what's needed could be a shared apace for grieving, for celebrating, for learning new ways and tools, for decision making... all that's included in weaving a net between individuals to form a healthy community in which all can thrive.

What actually
happens in the sessions?
